Initiate Request
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a request with your order ID and photos of the product.
Quality Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the item is in its original condition and eligible for return or exchange.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original P-TAL packaging.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item.
